Brian Cummins, Broker, established Cummins Real Estate in 1998, along with brother and partner Tom Cummins, with the goal to provide the community with a Real Estate brokerage alternative that focused on customer service in an effective and comfortable environment. Professional development and involvement in his community and his industry have been priorities for Brian. While serving on several committees, the Board of Directors and in 2006 as President of the Board of Directors for the Cortland County Board of Realtors, Brian has been excited to help guide the local organization through the fast paced changes that have occurred in the industry over recent years. He was honored and humbled by his peers to receive the Distinguished Realtor of the Year Award in 2001 and the Realtor of the Year Award in 2006.
